Littelfuse's SP4010 is an ultra-low capacitance asymmetrical TVS array for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The integration of two channels with the extremely low off-state capacitance for protecting high-speed signal lines without performance degradation makes it ideal for USB 3.0, HDMI, USB 2.0, and eSATA applications.
