Power boost to Components Bureau’s lineup

Artesyn’s power offering ranges from products of 3W to hundreds of kW, for use in a variety of power supply control and monitoring applications.

The power specialist has already partnered with Component Bureau’s sister company, Emtron, in Germany. Both companies provide technical and design-in support.

This latest agreement is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its power portfolio. According to Andrew Ferrier, general manager of Components Bureau, the partnership “allows us to replicate in the UK the success that our sister company has already achieved in Europe which gives us a very strong foundation to build on”.

Components Bureau was acquired by Display Technology last year and is part of the Fortec Power Supplies group.
